Gatherings

Gathering for Eucharist - Conversation Church & Chords for the Lord - 4:30pm Sunday @ Life in the City Sanctuary & on Zoom

We gather for Conversation Church 4:30pm Sunday at 205 E. Monroe Street, right off of South Congress Avenue. At this service, we not only listen to a reflection on the readings but everyone present is invited to share their own thoughts and questions that come up in response. This is also the service where we all participate in singing and making music together without rehearsal or any expectations. Everyone is invited to bring a guitar, ukulele, fiddle, drum, etc. to play along with simple hymns with only a few easy chords.

We share a sanctuary with Life in the City Methodist Church. Street parking is available, and you can also park in the Christ Church Lutheran parking lot off Brackenridge. There is an accessible elevator with a ground level entrance on the east side of the sanctuary building (to the left facing the main door).  Please see the parking map below for more details. We have HEPA filters running in the sanctuary, and masks are optional.

You can also worship with on Zoom by signing up for our weekly email, which will contain the Zoom link and the bulletin for the week.
